having synchronized 2 computers,
my skin folder is in a sync folder
it tells me the sync of the other computer

can we indicate a new location of the skin folder?
For my part, this will be outside the synchronize folder

Not sure exactly what you mean by sync, but generally, you should have excluded certain folders (including the Rainmeter skins one) from the sync in the first place. Or even change the location of your personal folders in Windows, if you were familiar with that.

Same way as Yincognito, I definitely didn't understand what you want to achieve either, however the Skins folder can be moved. Do the followings:

• Open Rainmeter.ini, by right-clicking the Rainmeter icon in the Notification Area and clicking Edit settings. Keep it open.
• Exit Rainmeter.
• Move the Skins folder containing the skins from the actual location to where you want to have them.
• Identify the SkinPath option into the [Rainmeter] section and replace it with the proper path of your moved Skins folder. Save the file and close it.
• Restart Rainmeter.

After this Rainmeter sees the skins located onto the new path.

I followed your advice by moving the skin folder directly rather than "not syncing the folder" in OD

All that's missing is to correct the indicated CPU Temperature for me
because on a NUC, this is different

Well, if HWiNFO, MSI AB, SpeedFan and the like don't already provide the right temperature for the NUC, there's not much you can do about it, unless you find a way to pass the value to STDOUT from a command line or PowerShell (which can then be retrieved by Rainmeter using a RunCommand measure)...
