I would search for the name of the skin either on the forum or on https://www.deviantart.com/ and then download the rmskin-package.

"Geometry Rainmeter" for example you could find on deviantart: https://www.deviantart.com/iroaseta/art/Geometry-Rainmeter-666821772
Try the same for the other skins you are interested in.

Not sure what exactly is your question. In any case in order to install any skin you have to have:
  • The installer of your skin. As said by ikarus1969 above, a skin installer is a .rmskin file, which you can download either from the Rainmeter forum, or from https://www.deviantart.com/. How can you find the skin on any of these sites is a good question, however Google is your friend as well (I hope...).
  • Installed Rainmeter. Preferable is to have installed the latest version of it. Right now (Nov 19, 2023) the last available version is 4.5.18, released on July 31, 2023, as you can see on https://www.rainmeter.net/. In any case you have to have at least the version required by the installer of the skin. If you have an older version of Rainmeter, when you start the installer, it'll prompt you to aquire a newer version of Rainmeter. Simply download the latest version as described above and install it. When you did this, you'll be able to install the skin as well. If the version of your Rainmeter is at least equal to the one required by the skin installer, there will be no problem, the skin will be installed.
So for first make sure you have installer Rainmeter. I assume you have it, so, download the installer of the desired skin, getting a .rmskin file by this and run this file. If it's the case, you get all needed information on the screen, for instance the minimum version of Rainmeter if the installed version is older then the needed one. Otherwise the skin will be installed.
