Start and finish position...

Ok now that i know that i can't hide with something transparent. Is there a way to set a start point (that will show a scrolling text) so it must be my Originalx without showing what will come next and the text will dissapear 150x away,like i did whit the scroll rss feed http://frankm77.deviantart.com/#/d2qjxjo but will scroll on a small part of the screen instead of all the screen. If someone has an idea how to figure that??

If you define a background, and don't have DynamicWindowSize=1, shouldn't it be as big as the background?
And anything crossing the border of that background should be cut off.
And if everything is displayed anyway, why do we have the DybamicwindowSize?

Ok but i try the dynamicwindowsize=1 and =0 on the meter on the mesure almost everywhere but didn't work???? what i did wrong!!

DynamicWindowSize goes under the [Rainmeter] section which should be at the top of every skin.

Yeah i just notice that... but it's only a part of the skin that i want to be crop by the windowsize so i dont think that this will work?

If it is, it's a solution that I can't think of at the moment.
ClipString would work to cut a string meter and place the rest on the line underneth. But it's not possible to scroll it like you did with the RSS-feed...

Other than that, I'm out of ideas atm.

Ok i figure one thing that i dont like but if it's the only solution.... i already try it and need to put my skin on the right side of the screen and I set the position of the skin to 0 x on the . ini file , drag it manually to the right side and so the first (right) part of the scroll text will not be visible it will be crop by the screen edge and the left part will be crop by the 0 x position of the skin. so is it really the only solution for it??

There should be some other solution. I'm just brain dead atm. Get back to you. I'm sure the other reoccuring fellows might shed some light on it.
