Glad you got it working finally. Doesn't always matter how many times are you refreshing a skin. Sometimes I got this issue even after two - three refreshes, other times I refresh the skin more than 20 times in a short period and still works. There probably is no explanation of when this is going on, but if it happens, you simply have to restart Rainmeter.
