Foobar2000 v1.6.13 crashes Rainmeter, then Rainmeter will not open until I close Foobar2000

Run foobar2000

Rainmeter crashes

Also, my media player crashed Rainmeter too, Windows Media Player (new W11)

Thanks for the bug reports.

According to the dmp files, it looks like the WindowsNowPlaying.dll plugin is the culprit (see STACK_TEXT section in the attached files). You will probably have to ask the author of that plugin for help.

This might not help at all, but since that plugin is written in C#, you could try to repair your .NET installation and see if that helps.
Download and run this tool (from Microsoft): https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135
Then restart your computer.

You also may want to make sure your display adapter drivers are up to date as well.

Can confirm its the WindowsNowPlaying plugin.
