Rainmeter + Stardock Fences problem

Anyone knows how to solve this?
It's rainmeter skins + Stardock Fences

Solve what? It's not clear at all. If those white icons belong to a Rainmeter skin and you want to move them, just drag them away. Same way you can drag the clock as well. But as said, I'm not sure at all what is the problem, so please give us some details.

If the "problem" you are referring to is that the Fences are underneath the skins, then that isn't solvable. Desktop icons and Fences are the lowest in the window Z-order, so they will always be under skins, even skins that have their position set to "On desktop".
