Hi Thaivias, you're on the right place for desktop customization!
We have a very good forum here with a lot of helping hands. Just ask whenever there is something unclear. Also read the documentation, grab yourself an existing skin (from this forum or look on deviantart) and try to understand what's going on before modifying it to your needs and design.
