What theme is this?

I posted this question on the windows seven forums, and it was partially resolved, but I thought the rest of my question could be answered here.
Does anybody know what rainmeter theme that is in the first picture I posted, with clock, weather and music player?

As this is a Ubuntu shot, I hardy believe this is Rainmeter. Must be something similar - but for Linux.

Anyways, mini arcs looks at least a bit like it. As for the weather config, I don't know if something exactly looking like this exists for Rainmeter, but it's pretty "standard" so, shouldn't be hard to find something similar.
