Using the example plugins from the official repository as templates was a headache because of the mess that solution structure is, especially when you want to upload it to your own GitHub repo. So I created an empty plugin template that you can use to make new plugins.

This is for plugin developers who are acquainted with Rainmeter plugins. For new developers, I would recommend checking out the examples provided in the official repository.
