[VISUAL BUG] Rainmeter icon in ALT+TAB window is upscaled from 16x16 icon

Icons of other applications appear in the proper dimension.

Rainmeter.exe
Rainmeter.exe contains all the standard resolutions from 16x16 pixels up to 512x512 pixels in 32-bit.
On the taskbar with big icons view enabled, the Manage icon appears to be sharp.
On the taskbar with big icons view enabled, the About icon appears to be sharp.
When using ALT+TAB window switcher, the Manage window icon is upscaled from 16x16 icon.
When using ALT+TAB window switcher, the About window icon is upscaled from 16x16 icon.

SkinInstaller.exe
SkinInstaller.exe contains all the standard resolutions from 16x16 pixels up to 512x512 pixels in 32-bit.
On the taskbar with big icons view enabled, the SkinInstaller icon appears to be upscaled.
When using ALT+TAB window switcher, the Manage window icon is upscaled from 16x16 icon.
