[BUG] ALT+ENTER resests rainmeter skin window size, position and ultimately crashes shortly after.

Pressing Alt + Enter on any skin window will reset it's position, window size and shortly after crashes Rainmeter.
This issue was reported by a user on Windows 10. I've also tested this on Windows 11 and it's doing the same thing.

Good catch! This is an issue with D2D hardware acceleration that apparently allows apps to monitor "full screen" capability. This bug has been around for a few years.

I fixed this for the next version, thanks for reporting!
