A Pomodoro ('Tomato' in Italian) Technique was proposed by Francesco Cirillo in the 1980's.
He suggested a 25-minute work session divided by 5-minute breaks, then a 15-minute break after 4 sessions to improve focus and productivity.
Here is my Pomodoro Technique package with several variants.
FEATURES
Two sets of optional 'subtle' alarm tones are included (Windows Ring Tones).
Manual sessions or repeating four work/break sessions.
Work and break times are adjustable.
Scalable by editing the variables.
Includes a RainToaster version.
