A while ago I updated Visions+ weather by Sgt. E. V. McKay... it appears his work was designed to work with this HUDVision by mepu.
mepu's suite (is no longer supported) and used a few 'specialized util' processes that now are part of Rainmeter's native code:
setting wallpaper, changing themes, resizing, etc.
I have gone through most of the original skin and updated them so none of those extra executables are used or included.
Some of the RSS skins need more help...
