[Suggestion] Bring back rounded corner blur for Windows 11
Any way this can be swung for Windows 11 considering Windows 11 doesn't force blur to exist inside of a square box?

Not sure why this isnt an in-demand feature for Windows 11 users. Can I get feedback please on this suggestion?

Re: [Suggestion] Bring back rounded corner blur for Windows 11
We never removed background blurring in Rainmeter. It still works for Windows 7 users.
The issue is Microsoft removed any official way of blurring the background of a window starting in Windows 8. At some point during Windows 10 development, they re-introduced background blurring on a window as a whole. They also added a different blurring technique called Acrylic. Both of these options offer no options like custom regions or rounded corners, and these are difficult to "turn on" with a standard win32 program like Rainmeter.
Since Windows 11 is just a week old, and there is virtually no documentation from Microsoft, we will just have to wait until they get around to documenting things. I suspect they have no "official" way of blurring anything just like Windows 10.

Is it any of use? I wonder if this is enough of documentation and whether Rainmeter is able to support this.

Re: [Suggestion] Bring back rounded corner blur for Windows 11
I have stumbled upon this repository with a tool for Windows 11 which enables the new "Mica" blur effect everywhere (almost). What has caught my attention is that it supports win32 applications, as explained, "using DwmSetWindowAttribute and other methods". Maybe, the same method has a potential to be adapted into Rainmeter? If not by default, by some external or even official plugin?
