I found this on the net:
It's a dll file for the system tray.
I don't know if somevody could do something with it.

If you can provide a link to the author so we can get some kind of documentation it might be useful. A .dll with no way to know what functions it has, how you call the functions, what the parameters and returns are is not terribly useful.

I think that this dll won't be useable for rainmeter, but i'm not sure.
