This is my 1st full skin post.
This is a highly modified version of https://www.deviantart.com/yahibazou.
This version corrects the in-correct time zones, map time zone shading. Adds time zone markers, city\country markers and am\pm to map. Added 4 all new maps you can change the alpha in the .ini.
Let me know of any thing that needs fixing, hope you enjoy it.
