ANSWERED - Changing units to fahrenheit?

Post by Nabby »

Hey everyone, this may be a dumb question but I've decided not to dabble with weather feeds until now and I tried to search for an answer but couldn't find one. I'm using Chewtoy's Simpleweather (Vers 1.03) and I was wondering if there was any way to change the units from C to F? Spoiler is the part of the .ini file that I believe is relevant (I may be wrong) in case that needs to be seen.

In the skin's meta data section at the begining of the file; it tells you what you need to change.
Your changing the wrong file.
You need to make the adjustments (location & F or C) in the SimpleWeather-Update-Variables.inc file.

Read the directions in the Meta Data section and you will be fine.

Eeeh... 1.03? As I recall that was based on AccuWeather...
You got SimpleWeather_Update I belive. Though I now notice it says 1.03 in the ini. Hohohohoho.
I don't think, therefore I'm not.

Yup, SimpleWeather_Update is what I was using as a reference.

Well I'll be <input synonym for condemnd here>...
I released a 1.03 of SimpleMeter, but it contained SimpleWeather 1.02, so it's all good now. :D

To think that I made it right... That's quite surprising I tell you...

Yes you did well on SimpleWeather. I think I tried most all of them before I settled on the Sarge's fancy one.
But I still have yours in my skins directory, that must mean that I liked it, and I know my GF is using it on her machine.

Ok then, on your recommendation I have now eradicated every trace of it from my computer. :BashComputer:
