Rainmeter / Fences interaction

I use the Fences program to keep files and folders organized on my desktop. I just came across Rainmeter and am thinking about installing it. How does it interact with Fences? Or does Rainmeter have a similar feature to keep my files organized on my desktop?

Some people here uses Fences and Rainmeter, and I have not heard of any conflicts.
