I'm a little hesitant to post this - not sure of the rules, but, here goes. On DeviantArt, HipHopium has posted his Weather Alternative skin which is very customizable, including 5 variants and 11 custom skin actions, making it very easy to customize and use. Really nice work....with all the weather skin problems, this is really neat for those of us who are not techies.
