Is there a way to make a Rainmeter picture slide show always appear in the background (other windows on top)?
If not, is there a better app for this feature? I recently upgraded my teaching computer from Windows 7 Enterprise to Windows 10 resulting in poor native functionality in a multiple monitor configuration with this feature.

Re: Seeking Help Setting Rainmeter Slideshow to Background
You can either right-click the skin and use the context menu to set the "Settings / Position" to "Bottom" or "On Desktop", or use the Manage dialog to change this setting for the skin.
Either of those "position" settings will keep the skin behind all other application windows on the desktop.
Note that it will NOT put the skin behind any icons or shortcuts on the desktop. Windows itself insists that those be at the lowest level, and that can't be changed.
