All of the. .rmskin file is on rainmeter app giving me an error message how can i fix this?

Precisely. If you alter anyway a .rmskin, you won't be able to install it. In such cases you have to download the installer again and install it directly. Don't open it with any other program than Rainmeter, just double click it in Windows and install it. Simply...
