Try disabling the adblocker before you press the download button or ...right click on the download button and choose "open link in new tab" or " open link in new window".

OK DA downloads maybe didn't work at that exact time I tried, but I did try this second suggestion to open in a new tab. Whichever it was worked. Thanks.

I'm glad it worked.
For me the download button on Deviantart works only if I use one of the 2 variants described above.
