Yahoo Weather API down

The Weather Widget stopped working today.

I posted a question in the forum at https://forum.rainmeter.net/viewtopic.php?f=103&t=29111 and later found a StackOverflow post about the failure, along with a response from a Yahoo developer. The response is copied into that Rainmeter forum post in case the SO question gets deleted.

Note that Yahoo is considering discontinuing the Weather API and have asked for feedback on how the API is being used

(interesting that Yahoo is using Google Docs to conduct a survey)
