Classic Start Replacing Classic Shell on GitHub

Classic Shell was stopped being developed in December, 2017 by it's originator and he released Source Code. Until now, it was uncertain what was going to happen to Classic Start. However in the past few days, Classic Start ( as opposed to Classic Shell) has been updated to work with Insider Windows 10 builds, meaning it will continue to work in Windows 10.
