WeatherClock Update V1.2.0

New one, a clock with weather.
Right mouse click skin to edit variables, need to edit your location and units of measure.
Added Right click on skin to switch between 12/24 hour time.
Updated for the new Weather codes Big thanks to JSMorley the location skin
Right click and select your location to get your weather.

I did the right-click and set location and it's still showing Celsius.
