HOw do you use Dropbox to link skins?
Because I use dropbox, and if I found a way to host my skins from my Dropbox, I would do that.

In your DropBox Public folder, create any sub-folder or directory you wish, but it must be in your "Public" Folder
Drag and drop, or cut &b paste your skin into any folder you have created or the Public folder..
Once the folder is completely loaded (you identify this by the blue circle turning green in you systems tray or on the icon that is being load) Right click on the icon and go to Dropbox >Copy Public Link. This automatically places an URL into your memory
Then to you can :Paste" the URL Link any where you require it to be.
The upside is, if you replace the created file with a new zip folder of the same name, then paste that into your DropBox of the skin with the original name, the skins is updated on teh current URL address, so you do not have to change the URL, every time you change your skin
