Hi guys ,
So let me explain my question. I want to create my 3rd skin that can be is useful for most users, like I want to create a better windows 10 experience.
Things I'm planning to do >
Change application icons with my own , add mouse over effects < Majority of the skin will be icons.
Note Skin < This is also important for quick notes ( not notepad )
Clock and Date < Much better to read compared to the windows 10 taskbar clock.
Optional >
CPU GPU Temperature - Not really sure of including this since usually when gaming you don't see this unless you switch batch to the desktop.
Hard Drive / Recycle Bin - similar to CPU GPU but I think this could be important.
Spotify - still need to learn about this.
2.) What other stuff do I need to do ?

Read through this: http://docs.rainmeter.net/manual-beta
Then find some skins on DeviantArt that may already do what you want, and if allowed, modify them.
Ask for help in the forums if you can't figure something out...
