Yo! Quick question for mods/admins, If its allowed

Just wondering if its allowed to hire someone to make my skin? if so Then I will do that when I have enough money over to hire. (I'm talking about a entire skin, not a single module.... :-p ) (P.S. I talking about money, not for free)


If not, ugh will have to make my own skin :'( (probably will take 10 years at the speed I am making....)

What plugins or what can you do with rainmeter nowadays? It's been years since I used rainmeter
Steam Library supported?, Running apps inside a meter? (I believe that would be too stupid.... :-p i dunno)
