:: A desktop wallpaper sound visualizer ::

Uses Color Matrix to control the color of your current desktop wallpaper image, or included wallpapers (14), based on sound.

Includes launcher icon (Desktop-V\WallChanger\WCLaunch.ini) to control Desktop-V, and select included wallpapers:
- Left-click on Icon will bring up control menu
- Right-click on Icon will apply one of the included wallpapers
- Middle-click on Icon will open wallpaper folder
Hold 'Ctrl'+right-click to open normal context menu for unload option, etc.

Version 1.2016.01.16 Changes
:: Modified Mouse actions for better control
- Left-click will bring up control menu
- Right-click will apply one of the included wallpapers
- Middle-click will open wallpaper folder
- Removed OnCloseAction (Hold Ctrl+right-click to open normal context menu for unload option, etc.)

Version 1.2016.01.11 Changes
:: The icon skin (WCLaunch.ini) will load/unload when 'Desktop-V.ini' is opened/closed. (It had to be manually loaded before.)
- To keep WCLaunch open, edit Desktop-V.ini and comment-out/delete the OnCloseAction= line.

:: Added a 14th wallpaper (Eclipse); that's why the package is 9+ meg!

Updated: Eliminated CPU drain caused by ColorMatrix when audio was muted or stopped.
