New Anatomy of a Skin manual section.

We have added a new "Anatomy of a Skin" page to the "Getting Started" section of the manual.

This is a very high-level overview of what a Rainmeter skin is, and how it behaves.

It is likely far too "basic" for most existing users, but we hope it gives people new to Rainmeter a leg-up as they are coming to terms with what this "skin" thing is all about.
