For now this skin will have the ability to:
[+]Able to detect any shortcut on the desktop and make meters
[+]Able to take a shortcut icon that is on so we do not need to search for icons one by one
[+]Advance setting, including icon size, icon bg, icon border, icon border size, and margin between icon
[+]If icon bg is set to auto, this skin can automatically get dominant color based on icon, (much like windows 7 taskbar glowing)
[+]This skin get icon based on your shortcut, so you can change your shortcut icon to whatever and this skin will use that icon.
[+]Default right click menu such as, run as administrator, delete icon, shortcut properties.
