Feature suggestion: Various changes to RMSKIN publishing

a.) Prevent "Merge Skins" from overwriting "Variables Files" entries. Currently, Variables Files are overwritten when Merge Skins is selected.

b.) Variables Files should allow entire folder directories to be safe guarded from overwrite. Currently, specific files can be prevented from overwrite, but I would like the option to insert the directory to a specific folder to safeguard all of its contents from overwrite.

Example: Variables Files ___ SKIN\CONFIG\VARIABLES.INC | SKIN\CONFIG

Would protect Variables.Inc and every item contained within Skin\Config.

c.) Use checklists instead of a dropdown menu for layout selection, so users can select multiple layouts in one go, versus selecting each layout individually with multi-layout skins.
