Reddit RSS feed

Hi, I'm new to rainmeter and cannot figure out the feed function. I want the feed to display reddit but I don't know what the rss feed is. I have looked everywhere please help

you'll just have to add .rss for a Reddit feed.

examples:
main site: http://www.reddit.com/.rss
subreddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/technology/.rss
