Trouble with download and running application.

I recently downloaded the rainmeter application with no issues and a basic start up window came up to direct me to downloading some skins. From this window it took me to a web page in which I chose a skin to download. Download occurred without a problem. Now the rainmeter window is gone. I tried running the application both regularly and as administrator and nothing comes up. I try to open the new skin and it just reinstalls it. Nothing has changed on my desktop. I'm just not sure why I am not able to open or run the rainmeter window again. Any thoughts?
