Well I got Rainmeter today which is a very good app. I was messing around with it and on the google one from the default plugins that come installed, I tried to change it to youtube, but now I want to change it back to google and I don't know the coding to put back into where I changed it.

You probably mean "edited skin". And I'm assuming it was search.
Just click with right mouse button on this skin > Edit skin > Command in [measureInput] section (line 53 of config file).
Standard is !Execute ["http://www.google.com/search?q=$UserInput$"]
