hello, sorry if this is the wrong board etc, this is my first time posting.
I'm having problems with my rainmeter installation. I am on an ubuntu box, using the unity gui (inb4 hurr durr worst distro). I have rainmeter installed using the wine software. all the software works fine, but I am having one problem. everytime I try and load/install a skin, I just recieve the error message "there are no usable skins at: C:\users\(my name)\my documents\rainmeter\skins" I have tried linking it to different directories, but to no avail. is there any way to stop this? what is going wrong?
help would be much appreciated.

We don't support Wine officially, so you're on your own unfortunately.

I would be tempted to uninstall it and do a "portable" install so at least it isn't trying so hard to find the appropriate Windows environment.
