Is there any way to chane the skins' load order?

I searched for an answer, but I couldn't find my exact problem, so any help would be much appreciated.

I have a sidebar with a clock, a weather app, an rss reader, and a system gauge on top of it. I set the sidebar to 'Click Through' so I could arrange the other skins to hover over it, and it looks great. However, when I restart Rainmeter, the sidebar will usually load on top of the other skins (but not always).

Is there somewhere where I can set the load order of the skins? I have saved the setup as a 'Layout', but that didn't work.

I think I figured it out with the 'Position' options, which I just realized how to use.
