I'm sorry if this is already a feature, but I can't find any documentation on it.
I've been having issues with using Update=-1 and plugin measures that take time to grab information (Such as FileView). I think it would be nice to have FinishAction usable in the [Rainmeter] section, allowing you to call a !Update action when the skin has completely loaded. Using Update=XXXX is not feasible as some configs do not need to be updated more than once, and them doing so is unnecessary strain on the system.
I also know that there are options, like UpdateDivider=-1, but placing those on all measures and meters seems like unnecessary work and code clutter.
