Help with skin shortcuts

Hi guys, i want when click on this buttons below to open my prefferred program and put them a name..I managed to edit Applications.ini file putting my .exe file path, refreshed the skin but nothing happened. I was trying this about an 2 hours and now i am literally pissed off. Please help me

What is the name of the skin? Or, post the contents of the .ini file in code brackets, or even attach the ini file and I'll see what I can tell, though I'm still learning myself. I did, however manage to make my own launcher successfully and encounter similar issues in the process.
