So i made a new clock and im alittle unsure on how to start making it [coding it]
I got the GFX made, the clock face is already loaded to the desktop, ive got the 2 hands made as well. Im just unsure about where to proceed from here.
Would this potentially work correctly given i managed to code it correctly?
I've attached the images below.

Re: Question about a Clock.
The place to start is going to be:
http://docs.rainmeter.net/manual/meters/rotator
This has an example of an analog clock at the bottom, and you can use it as a guide for how it is done.
You will probably want to rotate firsthand.png 90 degrees clockwise in your drawing app to simplify things, and you will need to play with OffSetX and OffSetY in order to center the starting point of the the hands correctly since you have some "dead space" around your images, but you certainly can use what you have to make a clock.

Thanks alot, i'll look into it and post the results.
EDIT: UPDATE: Well that was actually alot easier than i first anticipated, i have another question.
How do i set the clock's hands to the current time, and will it remain correct once set?
