I've got one old skin which doesn't work. It shows news from Lenta.ru, but when I click on any link, nothing happens. On other RSS-skins all works perfectly.

Add "URL:" to your action meters...
LeftMouseDownAction=URL:[MeasureLink1]
It is a good practice to use LeftMouseUpAction to trigger events, so that skins can be moved around using the LeftMouseDownAction.
