Display on second monitor

I just picked up a second monitor and I'm having some issues with how Rainmeter displays on it. Ideally, I'd like to be able to configure it so it displays the same on both, but scaled to fit the new monitor (1920x1080 vs. my laptop's 1600x900). Right now, I have the secondary monitor as the only one on and this is probably how I'll use it when I'm at my desk. I tried messing with the "Display Monitor" setting under the skin's setting, but this didn't seem to change anything. I downloaded the 2.5 beta hoping maybe it would work with this update. Anyways, any help would be much appreciated! TYIA!
