Hello. I wanna ask a code I don't know but I wanted a clickable text to hide the taskbar or clickable text to show the taskbar.

To be precise, I am gonna create a skin which shows the taskbar when the clickable text is clicked, and hides the taskbar when the other clickable text is clicked. I know how to create the text clickable, but my problem is that I don't know what to put in LeftMouseUpAction=!Execute [*HERE*].

you'll need a third-party app that shows/hides the taskbar for you.
there are plenty of these, which command you use depends on the app you choose.
which app you choose might depend on your operating system.
