TiMe overlapping Mozilla Firefox

So, I have this skin called "TiMe". I'm not sure about which pack it came from though. Also, I'm using Win8.

So when I kind of edited my desktop, added new skins, etc. I opened up Mozilla Firefox. I noticed that "TiMe" skin was overlapping Firefox. Any help?

Right-click the skin. Under Settings > Position, choose any of "Normal," "Bottom," or "On Desktop."
