Iron Man skin

Hi

My name is Alex , I'm from Romania and yesterday I installed a theme from rainmeter (iron man) ;
I want to change the wheater zone (to show the weather from my location) and the name of some links (since I was not using them, I changed the pathway to connect to the sites that I normally access) : skinpath, io9, gizmodo, twitter .

Could you please help me with a hint on how to do this?
