Can't move ANY skins! Help! [Fixed]

Hey, I've recently started using Rainmeter again, after a break, all my previous skins are still here, but I can't move any, and I can't move any that's been recently installed as well

Current settings are like this:
[Rainmeter]
SkinPath=C:\Users\Nocte\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\
Logging=0
DisableVersionCheck=0
DisableDragging=0

Example of a new skin:
[SAO]
Active=1
WindowX=0
WindowY=0
ClickThrough=0
Draggable=1
SnapEdges=1
KeepOnScreen=1
AlwaysOnTop=0

As you can see it should be able to be moved, but I still can't. The "Movable" option is completely grayed out. And in advance; no skins are transparent.
