It seems that your Windows system is somehow messed up. According to the Dependency Walker image you provided, Rainmeter ends up incorrectly loading the 32-bit VC++ 2010 library despite a 64-bit version being present.

As a last resort, try extracting the two files here to your Rainmeter installation directory (i.e. place the .dll files alongside Rainmeter.exe).

doubted this would work and i was losing trust that rainmeter wouldnt work. Then a lovely dev came by and helped me out and it worked . Thank You so much poiru
