Making Volume meter path along roundline for WMP??

Im beuilding a Windows Media Player plugin, and wondering--is it anyway possible to make a volume "bar" along a circular path, or roundline?? any help would be much appriciated. as well as a seek function through a song--vie roundline??

If by those things you mean that you can click on a spot on the roundline to select a volume/position, then it is possible, but really really messy. Even doing it with a straight bar is messy. The problem is that you can't retrieve the position of the mouse. Because of this, skins that do that normally create a whole lot of small almost invisible meters on top of the bar that capture the clicks. If those meters are small enough you can know the mouse position from which meter was clicked. If you want to do this for a roundline, you would have to create a lot of meters that are arranged in a circular shape on the roundline. Additionally they should not overlap each other so you don't get ambiguities when clicking on an overlapping region.
