Can some body help me how to change location,wheater and time zone on this skin ty very much im very new to this:/ i have pointed out what i need help with on the picture ty once again

You go into the script by right clicking and clicking edit skin. Then in the code where it defines the variables it defines a variable named Location. What you need to do is go to weather.com and look up the page for your town. At the very end of the url on the page for your town is the code that looks similar to the one already present in the script. (Tempe, Arizona's url is '[link], so the code that needs to go in the location variable is USAZ0233) Hope this helps!

The wheather actually got changed but the city didnt its still ho chi minh is it possible to change it to helsingborg and how do i change the clock?

i do not have this skin (and i am not going to download it), so i can only offer you some advice to solve it yourself.

first read this: http://rainmeter.net/cms/Rainmeter101-EditingSkins

i guess that "Ho Chi Minh" is a variable somewhere defined in the skin. just search for the text and replace it. (badly coded skin probably)
