DesktopWorkArea Toggle Button
How would I go about this? Would I make a toggle button that rewrites the rainmeter.ini file each time it's pressed? Or one that renames two rainmeter.ini files which it swaps out?

I think both should be possible. You must also refresh Rainmeter for the changes to take effect.
